50cc Scooters can be classified as ether of the two pictured above. Whatever your heart desires! If your lazy and prefer sitting, then the second option is probably better for you. Also the second option is street legal, while the first one is not. But the first one is fun for crusing the nieghborhood, going to a friends house etc.
